Susan M. Williams, Ph.D.
Susan has a broad and deep background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Corporate Talent strategy and execution. Susan received her doctorate in Social and Organizational Psychology from Temple University and has spent the last 20 years consulting with organizations and leadership teams across a number of industries. She began her career at JPMorgan Chase in New York and has worked with clients in financial services, biotech, insurance, and hospitality. Susan completed the Columbia University External Coaching Intensive and Practicum in 2021 and she is certified in a number of professional assessments, including Hogan, Interpersonal Leadership Styles, and Gallup Strengthsfinders. She has experience designing and implementing organizational and culture survey research, 360 degree feedback and performance management systems, and talent reviews. She is passionate about improving performance through organizational development and strong leadership and is dedicated to working with clients in a collaborative, transparent, and authentic way. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, playing competitive tennis, doing non-competitive hot yoga, and reading non-fiction.
