Susan Williams brings 25 years of expertise in talent strategy, organizational psychology, and executive coaching to her work with leadership teams across industries.

Susan holds a doctorate in Social and Organizational Psychology from Temple University and began her career at JPMorgan Chase in New York. Since then, she’s partnered with clients in financial services, biotech, insurance, education, hospitality, and the nonprofit sector—helping leaders make better decisions about their people and their organizations.

She completed the Columbia University External Coaching Intensive and Practicum in 2021 and is certified in multiple professional assessments, including Hogan, Interpersonal Leadership Styles, and Gallup StrengthsFinder. Her consulting work spans organizational design, culture transformation, 360-degree feedback systems, performance management, and executive talent reviews.

Susan’s approach is grounded in psychology and driven by a commitment to transparent, collaborative partnerships. She believes the best results come from understanding not just what people do, but why—and using that insight to unlock performance at every level.

Outside of work, Susan is a certified Bikram yoga instructor, an avid singles tennis player, and a dedicated reader of nonfiction.
